        • Device & Technical Data: IP address, operating system, app version, device identifiers.

        • Location Data: GPS when you enable location sharing to find nearby stores, restaurants, or couriers.

        1. Provide access to the Delivoz platform and fulfill your orders.

        2. Process payments and securely handle transactions through Stripe.

        6. Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

        3. How We Share Your Information

        We may share your information as follows:

        • With Drivers: Your first name, delivery address, order details, and masked phone number for delivery coordination.

        • With Merchants: Order and delivery details necessary to prepare and complete your purchase.

        • With Service Providers:

          • Stripe, Inc. for payment processing, fraud prevention, and financial compliance.

          • Cloud hosting, analytics, and support providers.

        • With Law Enforcement or Legal Authorities: If required to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights/safety.

        9. Third-Party Payment Processor (Stripe)

        Delivoz uses Stripe to process all customer payments. By placing an order, you also agree to Stripe’s:
